Joining in today with He Sows and She Sews today, for "I'm Blessed"
And my blessing for today may sound a bit odd, but from this Monday morning tired momma, it is is true one.
I feel blessed that my kids are at the age where they can tell me what hurts. Gone are the days where I blindly guess why they are sick - they are not shy at telling me what hurts, why they feel sick, and just what I can do about it. And that there - is a great blessing.
'Course, if we could get the illness to leave the house entirely, that would be a GREAT blessing, but we'll save that for another day.
Lee Ann, I understand you completely, I often think that when one of the verbal children explain what is wrong! And when a baby is crying and I'm trying to figure out what's up. Hope you get a good rest soon and you get a chance to recharge your batteries xxx
